Bolivar Medical Center Hosts 3rd Annual Pink Out Cleveland on October 23
October 15, 2024
Bolivar Medical Center is thrilled to announce the 3rd Annual Pink Out Cleveland, taking place on October 23 from 4:00 – 6:00 pm in downtown Cleveland. This family-friendly event is free to the public and promises an afternoon of fun and community support for a very important cause: breast cancer awareness.
At Pink Out Cleveland, guests will enjoy sweet treats, pumpkin decorating, and an incredible balloon artist. With games and activities for all ages, this event is perfect for the entire family to come together, have fun, and support breast cancer awareness.
Breast Cancer Awareness Month (BCAM) is recognized each October to highlight the importance of early detection, raise awareness, and show support for those affected by breast cancer. Bolivar Medical Center’s CEO, Jimmy Young, emphasized the importance of early detection, saying, “Detecting breast cancer early can save lives. By raising awareness and encouraging proactive steps like regular mammograms and self-exams, we aim to make a positive impact in our community. We’re proud to host Pink Out Cleveland as a way to support and educate our community about breast health.”
Bolivar Medical Center encourages everyone to be proactive in their breast health. Consider scheduling a mammogram with your healthcare provider today.
Join us at Pink Out Cleveland to celebrate life, honor those affected by breast cancer, and make a difference in our community. For more information, visit the event page.
